Homestyle stir-fried lettuce with pork.

Ingredients
- Lettuce, use a bit more
- Pork
- 2 chili peppers
- Scallion, cut into a few segments
- 2 to 3 slices ginger
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- A small amount of Sichuan peppercorn husks (optional)
- The lettuce can be replaced with other vegetables
- Light soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- A few pieces of lard (use sparingly)
- A small amount of salt
Steps

First cut the pork into small pieces.

Add oil to the wok and heat it. Add the chopped scallion, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers, and let the lard melt completely.

Add the lettuce and pork, and stir-fry, turning them over several times.

Halfway through cooking, add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce, then add a little salt. Continue stir-frying for about 2 minutes.

When most of the moisture has cooked off, give everything a final stir and remove it from the wok.
