Black Pepper Beef Cubes with White Button Mushrooms
A quick stir-fry of tender beef cubes and white button mushrooms seasoned with black pepper sauce, black pepper, and garlic. Savory and aromatic, it pairs well with rice.

Ingredients
- white button mushrooms, an appropriate amount
- 2 steaks (beef can be used instead)
- light soy sauce, an appropriate amount
- a small amount of ground black pepper
- garlic, an appropriate amount (adjust to taste)
- black pepper sauce, an appropriate amount
- black pepper sea salt, an appropriate amount
- cooking oil, an appropriate amount
Steps
- 1
Wash the white button mushrooms and cut them into quarters.

- 2
Cut the beef into small cubes. I used steak, but you can also use diced beef; marinate it with light soy sauce, ground black pepper, and a little cooking oil, mixing well by hand.

- 3
Cut the garlic into pieces and set aside (use as much as you like).

- 4
Heat oil in a pan, add the beef cubes, and stir-fry until they change color. Remove and set aside.

- 5
Leave a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.

- 6
Add the white button mushrooms.

- 7
Continue stir-frying over medium heat.

- 8
When the mushrooms have softened, return the beef cubes to the pan.

- 9
Add the black pepper sauce and sprinkle in the black pepper sea salt.

- 10
Stir-fry until everything is evenly combined.

- 11
Plate and serve.
