- 2
Prepare the ingredients: slice 250 g beef, cut 1 king oyster mushroom into diamond-shaped pieces, lightly crush a little garlic, and shred a little red chili pepper.

- 3
The beef needs to be marinated 10 minutes in advance! Use the seasonings shown in the picture for the marinade.

- 4
Heat the pan and add a little rapeseed oil to coat it. Add the king oyster mushroom pieces directly and dry-fry until softened and the moisture has been released. Then add an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside. The rapeseed oil here can be replaced with other vegetable oils, such as peanut oil, soybean oil, or camellia seed oil.

- 5
Heat a clean pan with an appropriate amount of oil, then add the marinated beef slices. Over high heat, quickly separate and stir-fry the beef.

- 6
Add the garlic and shredded red chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.

- 7
Next, add the king oyster mushroom and season with 2 g salt, 1 spoon light soy sauce, and a little ground black pepper. Stir-fry quickly over high heat for 20 seconds, then serve.
