Ingredients

- an appropriate amount of minced meat
- 5 tablespoons Heinz tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

First prepare the ingredients. Crack the 5 eggs separately into 5 small bowls.

Gently lift the membrane of each yolk, then place the minced meat on top of the yolk.

Heat the oil over medium heat. Slide in one egg at a time and fry for about 2 minutes, then turn it over and fry a little longer.

Next, make the sweet and sour sauce: mix 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 4 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and 2 tablespoons water until combined.
